The Executive Board
The Executive Board together with the Senior Bishop is responsible for establishing and executing the business and affairs of the First Born Church of the Living God, Inc. The constitution is the supreme law of the First Born Church of the Living God, Inc. and the Executive Board is the supreme court of the church. These nine (9) members, are ordained Clergy or Bishops in good standing that have been elected by a majority vote into office by delegates of the General Assembly. Once elected, a Board member remains on the Board permanently. Executive decisions made by the Executive Board are final and binding.
Bishop Alton Fain serves as Chairman of the Executive Board.
